Customer Service Team Lead

About the role

The successful candidate will drive sales of corporate lubrication products to business and industrial customers via phone and internet. The role involves maintaining existing accounts, providing custom solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Sell industrial hose and gasket products while maintaining customer accounts.
• Take orders over the phone and online, entering them into the computer system.
• Prepare product quotes, emphasize key features, pricing, and credit terms.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production schedules, inventory, and logistics.
• Generate reports of business transactions in the company database.
• Collaborate with account managers to keep account activities up to date.
• Investigate and resolve customer delivery issues.
• Set up part numbers and manage contract files.

Required profile

• 5+ years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Knowledge of the industrial hose and gasket industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
