Customer Service Specialist (Ticket Sales & Customer Service)

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will build long‑lasting, one‑to‑one relationships with season ticket members, ensuring a premium experience that drives renewal and upsell opportunities. Working closely with the Director of Service & Retention, you will manage a portfolio of 500‑600 accounts, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ~500‑600 season ticket accounts, resolving issues and driving high renewal rates.
• Maintain continuous communication through calls, emails, handwritten notes, and in‑person visits.
• Track all interactions in Dynamics 365 CRM and update account activity.
• Coordinate and execute at least one season‑ticket event per season, handling budget, logistics, and guest experience.
• Serve as a VIP host on game days, managing booth setup, exclusive club invitations, and special experiences.
• Process payments, troubleshoot ticketing problems, and oversee packaging and shipping of ticket packages.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in a ticketing or sports environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for game‑day duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 (CRM) platform.
