Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at RXO, you will be the front‑line liaison for shippers, carriers, and drivers, ensuring a seamless transportation experience across North America. You will use your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold the company’s commitment to outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems related to shipments.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and verify haul‑away pod scans.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
