Customer Service Representative

About the role

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process. You will guide clients through insurance claims, coordinate rental and tow services, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Explain repair processes and insurance claim procedures to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide a one‑stop solution.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication during the repair cycle.
• Monitor and follow up on DRP assignments to sustain sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and update Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices as needed.
• Keep the waiting area clean, stocked, and comfortable for customers.
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support business operations.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred.
