Customer Service Representative

About the role

Brady Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to new and existing customers. You will manage inquiries, service requests, and complaints across phone and email while ensuring compliance with SOX and ISO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle each customer interaction from start to finish, including consultation, quotation, order management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of all product lines to advise customers accurately.
• Identify problems, assess issues using standard procedures, and make sound decisions.
• Develop strong customer relationships and provide an unrivaled experience.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints from multiple channels with moderate supervision.
• Become proficient in basic Trade Compliance and International Regulations to mitigate risk.
• Provide product and service information, suggest application solutions, and drive revenue continuity.
• Initiate problem resolution, delegate actions, and validate completion of open issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and achieve individual and team metrics.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow standard work procedures and solve problems independently.
• Effective time‑management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and make decisions autonomously.
• Collaboration skills across departments.
