About the role
Join our fast‑paced store team as a Customer Service Representative. You will interact with shoppers, operate the register, and support store operations while enjoying a fun, energetic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, operate the cash register, and process transactions.
- Make product suggestions and promote store promotions.
- Assist with the food program and maintain store appearance.
- Provide reliable, on‑site attendance and work collaboratively with teammates.
- Help solve customer issues quickly and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Motivation to grow in a retail career.
- Willingness to learn, have fun, and work as part of a team.
Required skills
- Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift.
- Lift/carry up to 30 lb regularly; occasional lifts up to 60 lb.
- Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
