About the role

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support its mission of managing and conserving Texas' natural and cultural resources. In this entry‑level position you will interact with the public, providing information and assistance related to hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person about Texas Parks and Wildlife services.
• Provide accurate information on hunting, fishing regulations, permits, and recreational programs.
• Maintain records of interactions and forward issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Required profile

• Complete work history in the application, including dates, employer names, and duties performed.
• Ability to submit college transcripts if education is used to meet minimum qualifications.
