Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)

About the role

As the face of United Airlines at the airport, you will welcome and assist travelers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check‑in to boarding. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with both domestic and international passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in airport lobbies and at gates.
• Handle ticketing, baggage, and flight‑related inquiries.
• Provide friendly, professional service to resolve travel issues.
• Maintain a welcoming, respectful atmosphere for all passengers.
• Collaborate with other departments and flight crews as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 lb for an eight‑hour shift.
• Eligibility to obtain FAA, TSA, Port Authority, Customs and other required clearances.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and any position‑specific certifications.
• Available for day/night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
