Customer Service Representative (Contract)

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to manage and resolve complex customer orders and support daily logistics for its Grand Prairie location. The role involves direct communication with customers, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring order fulfillment aligns with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret customer order and delivery requirements, enter orders and monitor timely fulfillment.
• Provide end‑to‑end resolution for complex orders and customer concerns, including tool, component, and exchange rentals.
• Generate accurate customer quotations and promote promotional items to create additional sales opportunities.
• Create and manage internal cases in Salesforce to expedite order logistics and keep customers informed.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Customer Logistics Manager and Customer Support Manager for issue escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to initiate Global Supply Chain orders and support return‑to‑service initiatives.
• Research quality system documents, initiate corrective action requests, and monitor sales activity trends.
• Prepare and distribute daily performance reports such as the ZSDTRP report.
