Customer Service Representative – Automotive Repair

About the role

Classic Collision is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will guide clients through the repair process, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from intake to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Explain repair procedures and insurance claim steps to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load levels.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide a one‑stop solution.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time by the assigned service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist with customer communication throughout the repair cycle.
• Monitor and follow up on DRP assignments, estimate appointments, and capture rates.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and update Enterprise ARMS daily.
• Secure proper payments and reconcile invoices to payables.
• Keep the waiting area stocked with fresh comfort items.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Enterprise ARMS or similar automotive management systems.
