Customer Service Representative – Auto Repair Support

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Repair Facility team in Tyler, Texas. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience for vehicle owners and insurance partners while supporting the daily operations of the repair shop.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One system.
• Retrieve insurance assignments, obtain repair authorizations, and prepare repair order packets.
• Record all customer and insurance communications in CCC One, selecting the appropriate communication type.
• Confirm and update rental car information, managing the ARMS system throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer‑service role, preferably in an auto‑body or related environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CCC One repair management software.
• Experience using Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Familiarity with the automated rental management system (ARMS).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
