About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. You will work remotely to help shape the performance of AI chatbots by measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that arise during model development.
Key responsibilities
- Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate the correctness, relevance, and overall quality of AI‑generated responses.
- Identify performance gaps and provide feedback to improve model accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
