Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote, independent‑contractor position you will help improve AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems to raise model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign tasks to AI chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
• Measure model progress and evaluate correctness and performance.
• Identify logical errors, provide detailed feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI team to refine model behavior based on evaluation results.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Strong writing, editing, and fact‑checking abilities.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
