Customer Service Representative – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will help improve AI chatbots by measuring their progress, evaluating logic, and solving problems that affect model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Assess the correctness, relevance, and performance of AI‑generated responses.
• Identify gaps in logic or language and provide detailed feedback for model refinement.
• Document evaluation results and track improvements over time.

Required profile

• Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Ability to conduct research and fact‑check information presented by AI.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
