About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely, using your strong writing and editing skills to assess the logic and performance of AI models and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
Measure the accuracy, relevance, and overall quality of chatbot outputs.
Provide detailed feedback to guide model refinements.
Track progress and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
