Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will help improve chatbot performance by assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and providing detailed feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots specific tasks and evaluate their responses.
- Assess the correctness, relevance, and overall quality of AI‑generated content.
- Document findings and suggest improvements to enhance model performance.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure factual accuracy and consistency.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
