Customer Service Representative – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to help train and improve AI chatbots. In this remote contractor role you will evaluate chatbot performance, measure progress, and contribute to higher quality AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Assign tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate the correctness, logic, and overall performance of AI model responses.
- Measure progress of chatbot development and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and solve problems to enhance model quality.
Required profile
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
