About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our AI training team. You will work remotely, using your strong writing and editing skills to help improve AI chatbots by measuring progress, evaluating logic, and solving performance issues.

Key responsibilities

Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
Assess the correctness, relevance, and overall quality of AI-generated outputs.
Identify gaps in model performance and suggest improvements.
Document findings and provide clear feedback to the development team.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
