About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will measure progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to enhance model quality while working remotely on your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

Assign tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
Evaluate the quality of AI model responses for correctness and performance.

Required profile

Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
