Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a fluent English speaker with strong writing and editing skills to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will assess chatbot performance, ensure logical consistency, and contribute to continuous model improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Assign realistic tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
- Measure output quality for correctness, relevance, and brand voice adherence.
- Document findings and provide feedback to improve model accuracy.
- Perform research and fact‑checking to validate chatbot information.
Required profile
- Native or bilingual fluency in English.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
