About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work as an AI Trainer. In this remote, independent‑contractor position you will help improve AI chatbots by assigning tasks, reviewing their responses, and measuring performance.

Key responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with specific conversational tasks.
Evaluate the outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
Document findings and suggest improvements to enhance model performance.
Track progress across multiple AI projects and report results.

Required profile

Fluent in English at a native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

Strong written communication and editing abilities.
Ability to assess logical consistency and factual accuracy.
