Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer account information and profiles.
• Proactively call customers to follow up on orders and services.
• Gather and verify required documentation.
• Confirm customers receive invoices and products in good condition.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts.
• Perform data entry and verification tasks.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality phone support.
• Prioritize workload across multiple accounts.

• Strong customer service experience.

• Comfortable with heavy phone‑based interaction.
