Customer Service Representative (11am-8pm)

About the role

Join Novus Foods as a Customer Service Representative working the 11 am‑8 pm shift. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and any issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Accurately process orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and coordinate resolutions with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and proactively address potential issues.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on order status and account developments.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales and supply planning to align orders with production schedules and inventory.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in Navision customer cards.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially with key accounts or high‑volume clients.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with order management systems.
• Familiarity with Navision (ERP) customer cards.
