Customer Service Representative – 10:30 am–7:00 pm EST Shift

About the role

The Customer Service Representative provides honest, responsive support to customers, sales teams, and internal partners. Working a fixed 10:30 am‑7:00 pm EST shift, the role blends phone and email communication with data‑entry tasks to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from sales, partners, and customers.
• Enter and verify orders, track shipments, and process returns.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with Stryker specifications.
• Explain processes and procedures clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support during peak periods, month‑ends, and holidays as needed.
• Log shipping complaints and enter issues into the complaint system.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of relevant customer‑service experience.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs demand.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
