Customer Service & Parts Administrator – Medical Device

About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for HyperVue service requests and coordinate service parts operations for a growing interventional cardiology imaging product line. You will triage inbound inquiries, manage parts orders, and support field service engineers to ensure timely resolution and accurate service records.

Key responsibilities

• Tri­age and route inbound HyperVue service requests, classifying technical support issues, product complaints, parts requests, installation questions and general service needs.
• Coordinate service parts operations: execute parts orders, track shipments, manage receipts and returns, maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch parts to field engineers.
• Interface with the Bedford manufacturing site and Philips Service Parts & Solutions organization as the parts supply chain evolves.
• Update service records, confirm asset data during customer interactions and ensure complete work‑order documentation.
• Escalate master‑data discrepancies or process issues to service operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, service parts coordination, order management or service administration in a medical device or regulated environment.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; familiarity with SAP, ServiceMax or comparable service management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, organized, able to manage competing priorities and serve as the first voice to customers.

• Base salary range $73,000 – $115,000 per year.
