About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service/Front End Department Manager to lead the customer service team at our Normal, IL store. You will be responsible for team member engagement, performance management, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recognition, feedback, coaching, and performance management for team members.
• Oversee training, development, and succession planning within the department.
• Manage area operations including shrink, productivity, safety, scheduling, and staffing forecasts.
• Resolve team member and customer conflicts and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements while upholding Meijer culture.
