Customer Service Associate (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Associate to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience to our shoppers. You will operate the cash register, assist customers with product inquiries, and help maintain a clean, well‑organized store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service, handling cash, credit, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend items, including promotional and complementary products.
• Maintain clean counters and shelves, stock merchandise, perform inventory checks and price tagging as directed.
• Follow asset‑protection procedures and comply with state and local regulations for regulated products.
• Assist in photo services, web pick‑up orders, and store displays, ensuring proper product placement and rotation.
• Support store upkeep, both interior and exterior, and complete special assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred minimum six months experience in a retail environment.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
