Customer Resolution Manager

About the role

As a Customer Resolution Manager you will join the Customer Support Team at SATAIR in Peachtree City, Georgia. You will be responsible for delivering world‑class support for aircraft spare parts, ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and in line with company values and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a high‑performing Customer Order Fulfilment team.
• Measure, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for material order activity.
• Ensure adherence to work procedures, manage daily task allocation and shift scheduling.
• Make decisions to guarantee on‑time material delivery that meets customer expectations.
• Identify and initiate first‑level escalations for material issues.
• Support management with fee‑related activities and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support or order fulfilment, preferably in the aviation or aerospace sector.
• Ability to balance daily workload and coordinate upstream activities.
• Strong communication skills to capture the customer voice and drive satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset for KPI monitoring and reporting.
