About the role
The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for accurately entering received order requests into multiple internal systems. This remote, non‑customer‑facing position supports federal accounts and requires a GSA background check.
Key responsibilities
- Independently process case orders and request additional information when needed.
- Verify source documents for accuracy and correct any errors.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents to prepare for entry.
- Enter order data into computer systems and related forms.
- Review completed work for accuracy and compliance with data‑integrity policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of computer and technical experience.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Willingness to undergo a GSA background check for federal accounts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of telecom services such as managed services, data, voice, Ethernet, DWDM, SRE, DIA, and SD‑WAN.
