Customer Programs Manager, Co-Marketing & Measurement

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an experienced Customer Programs Manager to build and scale its co‑marketing engine. You will turn a growing portfolio of advocacy and co‑marketing initiatives into a repeatable, measurable system that drives Claude adoption and showcases customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Own investment tracking, spend pacing, agency coordination and quarterly budget reconciliation for a rotating cohort of customer accounts.
• Develop and execute co‑marketing plans that increase Claude adoption and amplify customers’ reach, in partnership with Growth Marketing.
• Run the always‑on scaled co‑marketing motion, co‑producing creative assets and deploying agency partners for paid campaigns on customers’ channels.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to select customers, define criteria and ensure consistent decision‑making.
• Maintain the customer marketing intake process and tooling, creating playbooks that keep the system of record consistent as the program scales.
• Define and implement measurement frameworks with Marketing Ops and Data Science, reporting impact on reach, engagement and other outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing customer advocacy or co‑marketing programs at scale.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Brand.
• Experience budgeting, tracking spend and reconciling quarterly investments.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of building measurement frameworks and reporting results to leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing agencies and reporting back to participating customers.
