About the role

The Customer Onboarding Specialist is the first point of contact for new LexisNexis clients, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and value‑driven introduction to our solutions. This remote role blends customer‑centric communication, digital and AI fluency, and operational excellence to accelerate time‑to‑value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey from kickoff to successful implementation.
• Build strong relationships, set clear expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Guide customers through live, digital, and self‑service onboarding experiences tailored to their needs.
• Leverage automation, workflow platforms, and generative AI to streamline setup and reduce time‑to‑value.
• Monitor digital onboarding journeys, identify friction points, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer‑centric approach.
• Experience with outbound calls or customer service environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn fast, and thrive in changing environments.
• Detail‑oriented, strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with workflow automation or digital onboarding platforms.
