About the role

The Customer Onboarding Specialist is the first point of contact for new LexisNexis customers, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and value‑driven introduction to our solutions. This remote role blends customer‑centric communication, digital and AI fluency, and operational excellence to accelerate time‑to‑value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey from kickoff through successful implementation.
• Deliver live, digital, and self‑service onboarding experiences tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Leverage automation, workflow platforms, and generative AI to streamline setup and reduce time‑to‑value.
• Monitor digital onboarding journeys, identify friction points, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously enhance the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn fast, and thrive in changing environments.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently.
