Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to lead customer advocacy programs across multiple product lines. The role works closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to showcase customer success through events, media campaigns, and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and develop customer reference and advocacy campaigns with enterprise and emerging companies.
• Leverage a mix of event, direct, and digital marketing to maximize awareness and adoption of Veeva solutions.
• Orchestrate regular check‑ins with strategic customers, sales, strategy, and customer success teams.
• Produce a portfolio of assets such as case studies, videos, press releases, and blogs.
• Manage program execution against timelines and budget, set KPIs and track ROI.
• Ensure communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout advocacy programs.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong marketing experience in enterprise software.
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Experience creating advocacy marketing materials across multiple channels (case studies, press releases, social media, events).
• Passion for storytelling and ability to translate industry challenges into compelling content.
• Proven ability to define, develop, and execute integrated marketing programs within budget.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to build long‑term business relationships with customers and sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and flexibility to travel as required.
