Customer Experience Training & Content Specialist

About the role

YETI is looking for a Customer Experience Training and Content Specialist to own the Direct‑to‑Consumer content experience. You will create, maintain, and optimize written and multimedia content that helps both internal teams and external partners deliver clear, consistent information to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer‑facing written content across email, voice, and web channels.
• Create, maintain, and optimize training documentation for internal teams and external partners.
• Facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery of best practices.
• Ensure all content aligns with YETI brand standards and evolving customer expectations.
• Synthesize complex policies, product details, and promotions into clear, actionable content.
• Conduct regular content audits for accuracy, compliance, and first‑contact resolution goals.
• Monitor published content performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Channel Experience, Partner Relations, and Quality Assurance.
• Partner with external organizations to identify training enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in content management, instructor‑led training, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
