Customer Experience Representative

About the role

We are a leading manufacturing company in the residential interiors space seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver prompt, courteous support to our customers. The role involves handling inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience that strengthens customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer queries via chat, email, and social media.
• Document concerns and resolutions for each order.
• Take ownership of customer needs with empathy, enthusiasm, and expertise.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, sales, services, and company policies.
• Investigate problems and collaborate with various departments to find solutions.
• Uphold the company’s Core and Growth Values in all interactions.
• Ensure reliable attendance and meet scheduled weekend work requirements.

Required profile

• Comfortable working a schedule of four weekdays plus one weekend day.
• Strong critical‑thinking and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written communication with a typing speed of at least 50 WPM.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards and Salesforce (a plus).
• Proficiency in using instant‑messaging software for customer communication.
