Customer Experience Representative – Automotive Sales Support

About the role

Join Farris Jeep’s fast‑paced Customer Experience Team and be the first point of contact for prospective vehicle buyers. You will engage with leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through an exceptional buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and repeat customers.
• Set and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on internet and phone leads to move them through the sales funnel.
• Provide clear information about vehicle options, financing, and dealership services.
• Collaborate with sales and service staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
