About the role

British Airways is looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Agents to join the team at Los Angeles International Airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, delivering world‑class service throughout the airport journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist British Airways and codeshare passengers from check‑in to boarding.
• Handle basic ticketing, documentation, and baggage processing, including occasional lifting of bags up to 70 lbs.
• Operate loading bridges and drive company vehicles when required.
• Provide premium service in business and first‑class lounges.
• Ensure safe, secure, and on‑time departures while collaborating with team members.
