Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Soracom is looking for a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join its fast‑growing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who enjoy collaborating with sales and marketing to generate qualified leads and drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to qualify inbound leads.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage and track lead flow.
• Uncover prospect needs, generate interest, and forward qualified opportunities to sales representatives.
• Maintain prospecting sequences and meet or exceed monthly lead‑generation targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other Customer Engagement Specialists to execute territory‑based campaigns.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to grasp basic technical concepts.
• Strong listening and communication abilities, adaptable to different audiences.
• Comfortable connecting with prospects via phone and video conferencing.
• Autonomous, driven, and maintains a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
