Customer Education Manager

About the role

As the Customer Education Manager at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, you will lead the design and delivery of learning experiences that help customers adopt and maximize the value of our personalization SaaS tools. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure educational content aligns with product updates and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer education strategy that drives product adoption and satisfaction.
• Create diverse learning assets—including video tutorials, documentation, interactive courses, and webinars—tailored to various user personas and skill levels.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, marketing, and support teams to identify pain points and align education initiatives with the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver live training sessions and webinars for onboarding new users and introducing advanced features.
• Use feedback and usage analytics to continuously improve educational content and learning outcomes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in personalization and SaaS to ensure best‑practice training materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer education, training, or instructional design, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Customer‑centric mindset and passion for helping users succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
