About the role

VitalChek, a LexisNexis Risk Solutions company, is seeking a Customer Contact Center Coordinator III to join its on‑site team. You will play a key part in processing, fulfilling, and shipping vital records orders while delivering exceptional service to customers and government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill VitalChek premium service orders within two business days and all other orders promptly.
• Research order discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Contact customers via phone and email to provide support and updates.
• Follow all compliance and privacy regulations.
• Report process or system issues and communicate with on‑site management.
• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Manage workload to meet processing time targets.
• Order and maintain necessary supplies.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to process changes.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with web‑based and PC applications.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
