Customer Care Manager

About the role

Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 luxury home builder, is seeking a Construction Customer Care Manager for its Houston, Texas location. The role is on‑site five days a week and focuses on delivering exceptional service to homebuyers while leading the Customer Care Department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and enforce department policies and procedures.
• Conduct functional meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate Customer Care staff; manage performance.
• Oversee construction quality improvement through reporting, investigation, and problem solving.
• Manage customer experience, handle escalated issues, and support legal matters related to litigation and risk.
• Administer department budget, spending, and regular performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of prior management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
