Customer Acceptance and Delivery Manager – A320

About the role

The Customer Acceptance and Delivery Manager (CADM) for the A320 family is the primary point of contact for airline customers and lessors, responsible for ensuring on‑time, on‑quality delivery of aircraft from the Mobile, AL manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Acceptance & Delivery Multi‑Functional Team (CAD MFT) across all industrial and technical activities from final assembly line pre‑assembly to test‑flight and ferry flight.
• Coordinate and manage technical, industrial, certification, definition and planning risks to protect delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements and Airbus quality standards.
• Act as the main liaison between the customer, production, engineering, quality and certification teams.
• Monitor delivery performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aircraft delivery, acceptance or program management within aerospace or a related high‑tech industry.
• Strong understanding of certification processes, industrial planning and technical risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and make data‑driven decisions.
