About the role
The University of Arkansas is seeking a Custodial Lead for the 2nd (night) shift within its Facilities Management team. This position oversees cleaning operations, ensures a safe and sanitary environment, and supports the university community during overnight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule custodial staff on the night shift.
- Maintain cleaning standards across campus facilities.
- Coordinate supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Required profile
- Experience supervising custodial or facilities cleaning staff.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to work night shift hours.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
