Cultivation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cultivation Manager to lead our cannabis cultivation operations at our Mount Joy facility. The role oversees day‑to‑day production, ensures regulatory compliance and drives consistency across clone and vegetative departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all cultivation tasks and processes, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Manage daily operations including environmental monitoring, lighting and irrigation control systems.
• Lead, train and develop a team of cultivation agents and supervisors.
• Maintain, track and audit SOPs and KPIs for the cultivation department.
• Coordinate cross‑functional groups and act as liaison between the site, corporate and external resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale indoor cultivation facilities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the cannabis industry.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and drive decision‑making.
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop cultivation staff.
