Cultivation Agent – Harvest

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a dedicated Cultivation Agent to support harvest operations at its Kankakee facility. You will work Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑3:30 PM, providing hands‑on care for medical cannabis gardens and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, topping, and trimming according to company policy.
• Move plants efficiently between cultivation zones and handle Rockwool for transplanting.
• Transplant smaller plants into larger pots while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Monitor plant health and production metrics, adhering to state regulations and Cresc​o Labs quality standards.
• Support quality‑control procedures to guarantee high‑quality cannabis output.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed cultivation protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy production environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced agricultural setting.

• Handling and placement of Rockwool growing medium.
