CTC Speech Therapist – Apple Valley, MN

About the role

Kelly is seeking a dedicated CTC Speech Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Apple Valley, MN. You will work directly with children, delivering personalized speech and language services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one‑to‑one speech therapy for children in an outpatient setting.
• Co‑treat with physical and occupational therapists to maximize patient outcomes.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, supporting communication skill development.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, handle billing, and document sessions in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, supportive environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in speech‑language pathology or a related field.
• Ability to obtain current or pending Minnesota State Certification in Speech‑Language Pathology (ASL/SLP).
• Preferably 2+ years of experience working with children who have speech disorders.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
