Crypto Support and Automation Engineer

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Crypto Support and Automation Engineer to support blockchain‑based applications for its banking, wealth management and insurance clients. The role combines technical support, automation development and service‑management responsibilities, leveraging Python, UNIX and ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements for crypto‑related solutions.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop, test and integrate new features using Python on UNIX platforms.
• Perform code reviews, maintain repositories and ensure system stability.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents, proposing preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing procedures and support activities.
