About the role

Join the U.S. Army or Army Reserve as a Critical Care Nurse and provide life‑saving care to Soldiers, their families, and mission‑critical patients. You will work in state‑of‑the‑art medical facilities, applying rapid decision‑making and advanced clinical expertise in high‑pressure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical‑care nursing to active‑duty personnel, reservists, and their families.
• Make immediate clinical decisions and perform interventions using advanced medical equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in humanitarian missions and travel opportunities as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to Army medical standards.

Required profile

• Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Current, valid, unrestricted nursing license.
• Age between 21 and 42 years.
• U.S. citizenship for active‑duty positions or permanent residency for Army Reserve.
• Willingness to serve as an officer in the U.S. Army or Army Reserve.
