About the role

Chipotle is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its restaurant teams as Crew Members. You will help deliver fast‑casual Mexican food while providing a friendly, welcoming experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food by hand at various stations (grill, prep, salsa, expo).
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking and cleaning.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking and food‑preparation skills.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
