About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food to guests. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station—grill, prep, salsa, expo, or cashier—and become part of a culture that values customer service and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow food safety standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teammates across all stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location.
